DIOR : Another rumour!?!?

The fashion world is alight with rumours about who will take over from Galliano at Dior, because it's been going on a while now, so one person confirmed that they had been approached (the others sounded like speculation and rumour to me) but Azzedine Alaia confirmed he got called about the job.
It's a good choice given that the man is legend and one of the very few hands on couturiers left in the fashion industry, but also a strange one given that he is totally opposed to the pressure the industry places on designers. He made a choice a few years not to show on demand but only when he was ready.
He turned it down though - he wasn't interested, but flattered.
So the speculation and fash-umour continues, who will take the call (of god) and design for Dior?
I'm going to make that my next poll!
