The topshop unique collection is here! Last year they went with a total spaceage another planet vibe which saw bright colors, splashes of light/strobe light effect prints and some amazing little spaceship things hanging off zips. it was a carefully constructed collection with a lot of pencil skirts with detail, structured body cons and long leggings. this season, Topshop have gone in a totally different direction once more. By bringing a 70's surf vibe to the table. Laaaaaaid back is the message here. bleached out fabrics, shapes and patterns made inspired by shark fins, surfy floral vibes and the all important maxi dresses.this season at Topshop, Looks like surfs up!
yes, your eyes do not decieve you. this is indeed rubber. in a cycling short. Oh how I wish I was thin! this is not a size 12 friendly item. You need thighs of steel to pull this off. But i kinda like it. I am inspired as always by things made of rubber. Have been meaning to finally buy those rubber suspenders in Madame X's for months/years. but have always been broke!
This to me is very Alexander Wang summer collection. it's three trends in one. 1- Nude shade, 2 - Cape shape. very important as this will be a transitional piece, from spring to summer and summer to winter as Wang showed Capes in FW, 3 - Its sporty luxe.
This is a great alternative to the wedding outfits I have been looking at, (i have a family wedding in august) it's kinda pretty.
this I LOVE. it's got bad boy written all over it. I would wear with some sexy rubber leggings and some thigh high boots and some bracelets with studs. there is no shortage of ways to wear this. it's pure sex. by the way, note the fin on the zip.....
The shapes of the fabric folds on this are inspired by Shark fins. it's a great piece. I love the way its put together. I think it needs a belt as it could swamp someone around the waist. but it could work. I think ankle boots, black lipstick and a scowl. Oh and manson on the walkman. Oh and the compete works of some unheard author in your hand.....
This reminds me of those two tone chanel tights that were going around a season or two ago. you know, black at the front and nude at the back? Yeah, this looks like the swimsuit version. I like it in a weird way. But I never go anywhere I need a swimsuit for and Ireland is too cold for anything like swimming. even looking at the water here makes me feel cold....
